I have empty, why don't you fill up, there's no sense in holding, unless something broke it.
Did you lose something or someone you loved? You still got that story, tell it every morning.
Driving down a road, down a road is slowly, all the loving memories your heart's been holding, nothing silhouettes till the lights come on.
Driving down a road, down a road is slowly, all the loving memories your heart's been holding, nothing silhouettes till the lights come on.
Driving down a road, down a road is slowly, all the loving memories your heart's been holding, nothing silhouettes till the lights come on.
And I can feel your heartbeat slipping away, it's hard to catch the light when you're running from your place and waiting for it, waiting for it.
Driving down a road, down a road is slowly, all the loving memories your heart's been holding, nothing silhouettes till the lights come on, nothing silhouettes till the lights come on.
Hi, how are you? My name is Jim. I'm very happy to last to meet you and I feel everybody in the church is very friendly.
My name is Sandra. Hi, my name is Aaron. My name is Sandy. Hi, my name is Ray. My name is Leo. Hi, my name is Jones.
Hi, everybody. My name is Jesse and I'm really happy to be here.
My name is Mindy Berkman and I was a volunteer coordinator to round up host families for the Chinese exposure program.
Without host families, this program can't exist. The importance of host families cannot be over exaggerated. Honestly, these families are their missionaries.
I don't know that many of them see themselves that way or understand that that's what they're doing, but they truly are missionaries who are staying in the U.S.
but yet really setting foot on foreign soil. They are opening up doors for the gospel to be received in places that really we're not permitted to go.
What these host families do by just simply opening their home, by loving these kids, by what they think is no big deal.
Just feeding them and maybe taking them shopping or swimming, they have no idea the impact that that makes on these children.
Many of them never having experienced the kind of love and affection and fun that American families show every day without even thinking to their students.
So host families make it all possible without them. There would be no program.
My host family like watching movies in home and we always watch movies in home and their baby is so cute. I like him.
My host family is a Palmer. They are very kind and friendly to us. They took me to so many things that extra activities like house back riding, going fishing and shooting.
That's very impressive on my memory.
My host family, Brian and Carrie, first I should say they are very nice and I really appreciate their activities.
They held for us and they took us to every places we want to go and the most important that they respect what we choose.
That is what I appreciate most.
My host family is pretty good. They are old and they take care of us and they provide me a coach to teach me basketball.
They bring me to the house back riding and go fishing under the sea. They try their best to make us feel comfortable.
My host family is brown. He is a very nice man and he often talks to us.
Like what do you favorite toys? What do you favorite movies? Do you often do something? He is very friendly.
He knows me and Mike. My parents like soccer so yesterday he brought us to watch the soccer game. It is very good.
Something really special that has happened this year and I don't know if I could narrow it down to one kid. We certainly have had kids who have professed a new saving faith in Jesus Christ.
We have had one that has been baptized.
Even more than that is what we can't see. It is the immeasurable. It is the seeds that are planted. It is getting the gospel truth to students who otherwise would never have heard the name of Jesus Christ.
These students who come in here from a country where it is politically and spiritually very dark and they literally walk into the light.
China is covered in small. They rarely see the skyline. When they come to Texas in these big open blue skies, it is literally a picture of spiritually what is happening to them.
They are coming literally out of darkness and into light. That is the sweetest thing about this experience in this program.
I am so glad that I am here.
I am so glad that I am here.
I am so glad that I am here.
I am so glad that I am here.
