So let's enjoy our morning-vauna
Camping trails
When you miss your bus at 6 o'clock in the morning, you hit your ride on the back of
a pickup truck.
That's what we're doing right now, that's why I'm hiding the camera.
After a long day of traveling through the country of Honduras, we arrived to Nicaragua.
We booked a room at Bigfoot Hostel in León.
It was extremely hot and we weren't too happy to see that our Bob Marley themed room had
no windows, but luckily we did have a fan.
The first adventure we wanted to do was volcano board down Cerro Negro just outside the city
of León.
We booked the tour with Bigfoot Hostel, grabbed our board, and began hiking up the Big Black
Hill.
When you arrive to the top of Cerro Negro, you can still see the steam escaping from
its crater.
It is the youngest and most active volcano in all of Central America.
It last erupted in 1999 and is expected to do so again any day.
Hi mom, this might be the last time you say hi mom.
So we have two volunteers.
Araceli, USA, Aimee, New Zealand.
So are you ready over there?
Yeah, here we go, three, two, one, go!
Okay, there we go.
You try to keep him on here all the time and as soon as he gets deeper you just lift him up or you just let him there.
No, you don't have to, that's how you get speed though.
Alright, hopefully you'll make it back.
I will.
The battle wounds, we got some serious battle wounds.
I think he's the worst.
That armor.
Oh, that's pink.
Let's see the arm.
No skin left on that guy.
And the winner is Germany.
The fastest time.
76 kilometers per hour.
Couple burns.
Get a sting in the shower, nothing major.
I fell like three times.
Get really separated from the board once and I had no balance whatsoever up there.
So I was in the gravel eating rocks a lot.
Can we make it back?
Yeah, I have a bunch of rocks in my hair.
I need a shower.
We get free mojitos.
Cheers.
Are you going to win?
No.
I just don't want to tumble.
Good luck.
May the force be with you.
