You shouldn't heat it up at all. No, I can't do it. So flax oil is prefer like putting on salad dressings

Liquid Aminos and it comes in a spray bottle
Which is really handy because then you just spray it and it provides a saltiness and then because it's a little bit wet
Then it provides something for the next couple ingredients to hold on to yes
Which is where we're going with it next is nutritional yeast
Nutritional yeast is made from bacteria that grows on the lasses
And so you get all of your vitamins or most of them anyway
The most important one being vitamin B12 because that one's really hard to get but also we like nutritional use because
It gives like a nutty cheesy flavor. So that's how we're using it right now
So this is kind of like a cheese popcorn without cheese. It's really fun. I've really gotten into nutritional yeast
I put it on quite a bit of stuff garlic granules a little sprinkle of that on there
Dull flakes
It's good for you gives you minerals helps to taxify and
it's not like super refined and bleach and
Gross like some of that salt is out there and the last thing that I put on there
Which I probably should have put on earlier in the liquid stage
So everything else kind of sticks to the popcorn is just a basic, you know
Hot sauce now you shake it up a little bit then pour out into your little
You know a little container. So this is what the kind of end result is
It's really fun to eat. It's good for you. It's good popcorn. You're getting all your B vitamins from the nutritional yeast
You're getting your omega-3 and DHA from the flaxseed oil. You're getting a cancer fighter with the garlic
You're getting calcium a little bit of iron and
Detoxifier from the seaweed and you're getting in circulation
