Twinkle, a very famous melody, originally a French folk song and I brought a
little variation from my violin students. If you enjoy it, and for those of my
students who are listening to this to learn how to play it, I'll take tempos a
little slower at first and we just work it out.
Set fingers, four fingers, two, three, four,
two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
And the beginning is a preparation.
Very wise to use repetition hits too, so you have more efficiency of training.
This is very important.
Practice three and four, or even two.
It's a little tricky because it's so far down on the bottom.
So in the first position, stay with those fingers right there.
We're building our hand.
We add in number two.
Move around.
Once the three is first, add the two, then the one.
Wrap it like that, then keep fingers down like that.
We'll have you at the ending of the piece.
