Okay, I cannot tell a lie. I really love playing with this lens. Unfortunately, I used a really
cheap adapter here, so then it's almost impossible to focus at infinity. Yeah, that's okay. Most
of my shots were mid-range to close-ups anyway. But I got to tell you, I really love playing
with this lens. The reason I love it, of course, is because of the control of the depth of
field. You know, you can go shallow whenever you want to, or if you don't want to, you don't have
to, you can close that old baby down to us all the way down to 22 and enjoy shooting. The camera
takes care of the compensation by adjusting the ISO. Of course, first I should have told you,
shouldn't I, that I'm using a T3i, a Canon T3i, and I'm using a Takamar, 1960s Takamar, 50mm,
1.4 lens. I love it. Is it sharp? Well, you be the judge. All I can tell you is I love playing
with the aperture and have the camera do its thing. All right, all right, all right, I will
keep quiet and you just look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Huzzah!
