Good evening, everyone. We are so glad that you are here. Sue and I are honored to welcome
you all. What a beautiful evening and what a beautiful couple.
Katelyn, it is just so amazing to see where the years have gone. Now you start off your life
together and what an adventure it will be for the two of you and your future is bright and it
will be a joy to watch your lives unfold. I, Katelyn, take thee, dear, to be my wedded husband,
to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, to love, cherish and to obey,
to love, cherish and to obey, till death do us part, till death do us part, there too I pledge myself,
there too I pledge my hope. Katelyn, I have to say you, you're the older sister that I've always wanted.
You're smart, caring, supportive and most importantly to me is you make my brother so happy.
So Katelyn, I can say with conviction that Derek is going to love and protect you always.
He's going to make you laugh and he's going to be your best friend.
So I want to make a toast to my big brother and my new big sister. I love you both so much.
We knew from the moment you walked into our house and scooped up Harper that you were perfect for our family
and perfect for Katelyn. We all know and love how important family is to you and we couldn't be happier
to welcome you into our own family tonight.
I love you. I love you.
What an amazing couple of days it's been. To all of you it doesn't look like I did much
but I deserve some credit at the same time because I've been planning on marrying Katelyn for 13 years.
This one's for you, Katelyn.
I dare take me, Katelyn, to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold,
from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health,
to love and to cherish, till death do us part.
There too I pledge myself, therefore whom God has joined together but no man put asunder.
I pronounce that they now be husband and wife together.
Derek, make us the bride.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's my privilege to introduce to you Mr. and Mrs. Derek Steffion.
