All right, it's
about 8.45. I just want to get up. What are you doing over there? Slug, slug, man.
But this is the place that we ended up crashing last night. Oh, Ben Road. I'm actually going to
take a little walk down the side because it's kind of interesting. There's a road deemed unsafe.
Yeah, it just keeps going. You can see the actual road which we'll be pulling back on to.
There's a view down there. It's not bad. I mean, all I could think about was how
the road over this abandoned road overlooking the other road would like make a great machine gun
position like to defend the road. It's like, I think they filled them red dawn here.
George, what did you do? What did I do?
I didn't strap my bag back down. The camera came out.
Not a very comfortable trend from George. Oh, yeah, but fortunately the camera he dropped
we're filming on somehow. I see this. I see this camera tumble down the road.
And I'm like, oh God, oh God, no, oh God. And somehow we found the card which exploded out of it.
Wow. Wow. And the camera still works. It's a little worse for wear.
Looks like it's recording. Yep. Well,
we're somewhere. But how? We're on just one California coast.
And that's what we should be riding. Nice and hard. I know. Hard bags, upright sea position.
You know what they say? Safety first. So just like the first tail of Highway 1.
It's technically up to this point. But on 101, the Oregon coast is just a scenic highway by the ocean.
This actually is the Pacific Coast Highway. So you see it's along the Pacific Coast.
And it's driving south. And we're at some point where if we stop, walk down there
and put one hand in the Pacific Ocean to like, you know, say we swim in it.
Yeah.
You ready, Ian? You ready for the ocean?
And there's a bunch of birds shitting all over the place.
Wow.
Oh, my God. Oh, don't get on my pants.
All right. And now that we've swam in the Pacific Ocean, we're going to an ocean that sucks less.
How's your bike's off-road capability?
Poor. Now help me pick this shit up.
All right. I have to help you and pick this up. Hold on.
Jesus Christ. Oh, fuck.
750 Hondas. Poor sand performance. And torn the wires to our charging cable.
Fantastic. I don't know. I just wasn't paying attention. I pulled on. I was like, all right, go.
Wow. I like, I pulled like, I pulled like onto this sand and like made some noise like, oh my
God, that's sad. Then I heard dump it, dude. And I was like, I dumped it and like revved the engine.
And then I realized he was saying like, you know, that he fell on this bike.
How much of a charge does your phone have?
20%. Okay. We don't, we don't use this phone for navigation ever, except for this time.
So for the record, we haven't been, you know, cheating. Still use maps.
But we actually didn't get his friend's address until today. So we're making an exception.
Okay. All right. Kill the road.
