This is about definitely documenting the change over from New Cross to our new home in Temside.
So it's really exploring a space, particularly this one bench.
Exploring new landscapes and other feelings.

DU
Tom's?
It is his sort of documentary of being in Japan.
Mathing like his experience of being lost and trying to navigate a new place.
Then we've got Karo's.
This is like an installation, a pictography installation, a sound piece, so it's Karo and Tom.
Karo, James, Tom, you all.
And it's sort of documenting, well, it's about Brexit essentially.
So Brexit and drawing new lines for new places.
I'm trying to give you quite a good idea of what it is on like.
Okay, so we've got Cyanos.
These are Cyanotypes.
Another early form of bringing.
Tom, these are that.
Yeah, go on you go.
So these are my Cyanotypes that I've printed in UV lights out in my garden.
In fact, so I'm not in the dark room at all.
And I coated paper, used digital negatives mainly on here, and some flowers.
And then when they were dry, I drew on these star clusters.
Why did you do these?
Well, the theme of the exhibition is cartographies.
And I was interested in mapping my moles on one level and also mapping my place in the whole wide universe
because I was studying astronomy and also particle physics.
And then you realise that every tiny little dot and every tiny little atom is just part of a larger dot and a larger atom.
And we're all just little blue dots upon little blue dots upon little blue dots within the universe.
This is Toby's walk along the Thames.
So since we moved to our new dark room in Woolwich, Toby is actually from the other side of London,
but he's been taking pictures along the Thames.
Our new dark room is right along the side of the Thames.
This is Lucy's work. She does performance as well.
So she went around our dark room at night.
This is our dark room here in the window.
And she's using some quite long exposures and photographed herself using a shutter release and using a self timer.
And she was kind of performing and making shapes in the dark.
And she printed this. She was interested to see how they came out in the dark room.
And where can you find the dark room?
The dark room is at Thameside Studios. What's the address of the dark room?
It's around the way.
Right on the river.
And how do you become a member?
You, emailers, or Instagrammers, or Facebookers, or tweeters.
With the gang Darkroom. The gang Darkroom at gmail.com
And yeah, have a go. Have a chat.
So friendly.
We're nice. We're really friendly.
Say goodbye. Bye!
