I'm an artist, sculptor and I am also psychologist. Art therapy is a metal. It's a
therapeutic technique through art. So it's an expressive therapy using the
creative process of making art. The patient for instance express himself or
herself in art that he cannot express in words and then the therapist had to
try to understand what's been expressed or what has been presented in this art.
And through that the therapist should start talking with the person about
his feelings and then they will try to communicate through the message in his
art and that way they will start therapy and discussing and try to resolve the
problem through the act.
