The Ayurveda observes all the observable phenomena,
but more particularly the human being.
The human being, the Ayurveda observed that there were constitutions.
And the Ayurveda said that if the human being respects its constitution,
health will be there.
For the Ayurveda, health is simply that this human body,
which is the product of nature, is in harmony with this nature.
If the human being respects the demands of his body at a food level,
respects sensory information,
he will remain in harmony with everything around him.
Today we know that our brain creates desires and duties.
Modern life changes the hours of sleep.
All this will influence the health of the human being
and make him disarmonious in relation to nature.
And signs will appear,
the signs of the body, simple things,
a dry skin, red eyes,
broken nails,
problems of the digestive system.
All these signs, the Ayurveda will observe them
and classify them.
The Ayurveda treatment will simply consist of giving
diethetic advice, life advice,
to allow the person to return to his harmony.
But sometimes, sometimes disarmony is too strong.
So, the Ayurveda recommends the cure,
the famous Panchakarma, which is done in India,
sometimes 3, 4, 5 weeks,
where we put the body back in the ideal conditions of rest and cleaning.
In Provence, we propose curing for 4 to 10 days.
Already very effective to help the person to find a balance.
The Ayurveda is therefore a science of observation.
Observation leads to effective and precise therapeutics,
according to the constitution.
