I've just always been into dancing and I don't know like I just I just seen some
film clips of you know people like you know doing that move and I didn't even
know what it was but I thought it was cool at that point and then I did some
hip-hop classes I asked people about it and stuff and they're like oh yeah it's
called Crump and then one of the hip-hop dancers told me you know there's gonna be
a documentary coming out on it for Rise so I chased it up and I looked at it and
I realized there's two different styles of dances clown dancing and Crump I was
into the Crump more because of the more aggressiveness and the energy that it
betrayed. I lived in the area where Crumping first started and I just seen a
lot of boys they attracted a big crowd and I just went and checked it out in
Daniel the skate park Daniel's skate park and yeah I was asking them what it was
they're saying it was Crumping and then they got me involved in it and then
just from that point on where I just knew that I wanted to keep Crumping so
much fun man. One of my friends we seen Rise and I was like what's Rise and then he goes
I'll bring the DVD so he brought the DVD over and he showed me and I was like what the hell is that
and he goes just watching I kept watching it and then that's when I got
involved with it like I learned to like throw off it I don't know how but like it
just got me and then that's how me and my other two brothers started. I bought a
DVD breaking vs Crumping I never knew what Crumping was but I thought oh what's
this so I took it home watched it I saw it oh man I found I love with it so yeah
since that day I tried to copy what was on that DVD I never knew anything about
the basics I never knew there was there was like basic advanced moves and
stamina tricks and you know what not but yeah then few months later I made a
mind hooked me up with some basic DVDs advanced DVDs and man from then I'll
just shut up. Oh the shit was mad. I thought I was a celebrity.
Eddie Desk when they came in like I was real shocked I was like whoa like Eddie
Desk wants to get get into us because we were brought up from the streets like we
never knew we were gonna get this far. You wouldn't expect to get so far from just going
a dance just on the street to like a photoshoot for a large company. It's good
something we've never experienced before so I want to do another one. The next one I'll bear Eddie Desk.
Now yesterday yeah it was fun it was kind of tiring because I had to keep
jumping in the air. You know we might even get a chance to go into Europe or
America, Jamaica well oh man travel around the world you know and for me a bonus
will be my family coming along with me so oh man I love that. It's more like a
lifestyle and it's like you're not doing the same thing over and over again and
it's like a self-expression of just youth. Yeah it's about it.
