My grandfather used to do martial arts at the time.
My father always did it.
Now I'm a little bit on the road.
So I grew up in boxing.
So when I was 10 years old, I did my first fight.
Otherwise, before, when I was 6 years old and all that, I already had it now.
I always ate boxing, slept boxing.
And now it's 15 years that I practice.

When I go up on the ring, it's like there's double personality, let's say.
It's already the day of the fight.
I start to feel a little bit of stress.
Every time, it's this fear that forces me to surpass myself, let's say, on the ring.
So if I didn't have fear, I would show myself on the ring,
and I wouldn't be able to be this concentration I'm used to.

The fact that I have my father as a trainer, it's good and it's on the wrong side.
Training, for me, I think there's nothing better.
Because it's still my father, so he knows me better than anyone.
He knows what I need.
Even if he can see what he has done his job.
Because when I do a fight and that I box very well,
let's say that I do my fight well,
it's all thanks to him.
One day, my father tells me something.
When you box on the ring, you only have two of them.
And you can only have one winner.
And you have to know that the guy who sees you, if he can kill you to win,
he won't be able to handle it.
So once we have recorded that, it means that we are in a different state of mind.
And then, if you say to yourself, it's better to survive.
It develops something, a hidden strength that we don't have all the time.
And then when we are on the ring, if we are well trained, well concentrated,
we can develop this thing.
It's interesting.
I did my first boxing fight in 10 years.
I trained about 2-3 fights a year, and then I went through contact for 16 years.
I didn't have a long career as a fighter, I spent 6,5 years.
And now, I'm going to make a transition to English,
which I did a bit of a tour on foot.
I have always prepared my kick and k-1 fights in English.
So the transition was quite easy.
We will say that I didn't have any reflexes of kick that bothered me
because I was very used to making English.
So it was very satisfying.
I go to the ring because it's my job.
It's my job.
Like the guy who gets up in the morning, he goes to work in the office.
I get up in the morning, I train to fight.
What does it mean to train very hard if it's not to do something after all?
It's not a motivation to train if you don't have a goal.
Yes, it's true, you have to be strong in everyday life
because you never know what can happen.
But fighting is a question.
It's to see where you are.
Compared to his own evolution,
how did we start if we became stronger,
if after we can take more and more people.
If I go back to boxing,
if I hit someone strong, it means that I'm strong.
If I hit someone stronger, it means that I evolved.
When he advances, you have to make sure that your leg is straight.
Too cool.
