Today is a proud day for all of us. I've never been so happy as I am today to see my beautiful
sister marrying one of my best friends. Darren and Danielle are an amazing couple when we
all met as friends eight years ago. We shared a great passion for dancing. Now we're all
named the Tom Cots. We're all family now and we couldn't ask for a better one. Not only
me and Danielle and Darren, husband and wife, they are our best friends and I think that's a great basis for a long and happy marriage.
My dear friends, you have come together as a church so there's a lot with you and Danielle in love in the presence of the church and you start to have this community. Christ is abundantly blessed this way.
What I have seen in this young couple is a couple that gets stronger by the combination of their energy and vitality. A couple that has already laid firm foundations, a couple that has already established an excellent support infrastructure in their two families combined and their most excellent friends and the couple that we look forward to helping them build the rest of their life together.
Welcome Marie, Bernard and Phyllis. I'd like to thank you for welcoming me into your family and give me Danielle's hand in marriage. I'd also like to commend you on raising a beautiful, intelligent, independent woman who I love for the rest of my days. Thank you very much.
Thank you.
