you
you
early in the morning before sunrise walking out to the spot by moon it's
starlight oh it's cold good morning I have my tikka set up with my twin
powers have my other three tickets set up with pens for dunking I'm gonna try
this crocodile spoon that we made up last night took off the trouble put on a
single live bait hook I put a CHL metal teaser on it I put glow threads on it
I only have about one and a half feet of 30 pound test model and what I'm gonna
do it's just gonna clip it off that's all you need is one and a half feet this
is called chocolate beach because the water is like chocolate most of the time
so it's an area where the fish rely on sight as well as a set of baits when you
dunk but when you rely on sight you have to see the lure presentation shiny
spoons like castmasters and crocodiles you can see the flashing so over here I
prefer to use this is a proven method to catch fish over here and we'll see what
happens on the first cast of the morning
just have to bring it in very very slow because the natural spoony action of
the crocodile will keep it on the surface because it's kind of shallow here at
minus tide plus the flashing it makes is going to track fish look at that I don't
know if you can see it but see how it's swirling and flashing like that that's
what you want that's what's going to happen out there
okay try it again
that's the cast
normally with the dartier type of jigs and grubs I would bring it in a faster
retrieve I'm just bringing it very very slow like this because I want the spoon
to turn that's all I want I want the spoon to turn and that flashing when it
turns it's going to signal little flashes towards the predator fish the
predator fish will say hey look it's a little fish that's turning his body
mid-turn and the Sun's catching those flashes see look at that look at that
that's what we want beautiful so this is what we use in dirty water and it works
thank you
