It's the first sitcom, and it's basically the story of a guy who's a very famous television
actor, and his show ends, and he goes home, and his wife decides that she's going to go
back to work on her soap opera, so he's stuck with the three kids that he doesn't really
kind of know, and it's him trying to raise a family on his own, sort of, even in the
mother, of course the mother was there, but it's him dealing with the bulk of the work
as opposed to her, and it's a guy who's not dumb, he just doesn't know what to do.
What do you have kids?
I have a daughter.
And have you actually helped bring her up on your own?
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's hard.
When our daughter was born, we took her home from the hospital, and five days later, we
got a call from the hospital saying that you have to bring your daughter back in for more
tests.
Anyway, and the short of it is that she tested, it was a false positive for a very rare metabolic
disorder.
Glutareg got almost blocked from my mind, I don't even want to talk about it.
Glutareg Acidemia 1, which is incredibly harmful and damaging to the body, and we had to wait
for three months to find out whether or not she was going to have this, and it was the
worst three months of my life, and turned out she was fine, and I was like, okay, I'm done,
I'm going to get my off clothes, I'm going to plug it off and live my life, and everything's
going to be good.
My wife said no, no, no, we have to do something about this.
I'm Bailey Bale Angel Foundation, and it's to bring awareness, to help children with
metabolic disorders.
My wife really runs it, and she's raised quite a bit of money, and she helps people with
supplies and equipment, and other things that people need.
It's a very small community, it's not a sexy malady, but it's out there, and a lot of
people don't know about it.
