let's start this
What's up world, let's eat a poppin' with CCMixter, it's your boy Jeff Williams' word.
What's up, young world, it's Jeff Williams.
You listen in a CCMixter to a tall weight.
It's a little bit of pop off the legs, you actually get some lift in there.
Alright.
Composure on the inside, ulcer on the outside, flip step step.
We try to build their season backwards. Each athlete will essentially have a competition goal.
If they know their track and they know their goals, that's the easiest way to attain them is having a goal and knowing how you're going to get there.
Definitely what I'm most proud of is the team atmosphere.
The girls genuinely care about each other, they cheer for each other, we're by far the loudest team at the top of the course when girls are getting ready to run.
That's something that's not easy to create in ski racing, it's a completely individual sport.
I think probably the most important part of MMSC is the family atmosphere.
The kids that grew up in this program, they love the program.
While there's coaches that ski in the program, it's kids that come back and want to continue to be part of it.
It creates this warm, friendly atmosphere. It's a pretty unique place.
