My name is Sheldon Reel, this is my life Brandy, and we send four of our kids to
Likas Grove. Paige, she is stylish and fashionable and humble at the same time.
Jayla is going to conquer everything that girl gets her hands on.
Kaia can change anyone's mood with her smile and her her laugh.
Ryland is caring, he's a crowd-pleaser, he's funny and witty and exciting.
I attended Likas Grove from third to seventh grade. I enjoyed the one-on-one
time with teachers, the culture and the atmosphere as a whole. I went to public
school. I didn't have that connection with teachers and I didn't have the
positive interaction with other students and the friendships and just the
uplifting attitudes that they give off to one another. We started sending our
oldest daughter Paige here when she was in kindergarten and over the next few
years we had some really difficult times as a family and we really just needed
people to walk alongside of us and when Paige was in second grade she was in
with Mrs. Stevens. I needed to go away for help for a month and a half and she
just came alongside of her and loved on her and was there for Sheldon while he
was trying to take care of the other younger ones at home. It has been a
privilege to be a part of the real family's life the past few years, not
only to support them as friends but also as Christians and then as teachers in
this academic world but to be able to be a part of their life and to show them
unconditional love. Likas Grove gives our children purpose. You can see that their
lives have deep meaning with church, school and home. Connection with other
students and with the teachers and even connection with us. Likas Grove has made
such a difference with our kids faith that they come home on a daily basis and
they're singing their worship songs that they learned in music class or in their
regular class with their regular teacher. One of their favorite subjects is
Bible throughout the day just learning all of these new stories and just seeing
God's love on their level that they can understand. Financial assistance has made
the impossible possible for all of our children. It means a lot when you have a
teammate in life, whether I know that person or not, they help my children
aspire to the greatness through Christian school that I would like them to
achieve.
