In southeast Brazil, there was a place called Os Tacaudas in the state of Minas-Sherais.
The climate and altitude make this area an ideal place for specialty coffee cultivation.
What a wonderful view! Too amazing to enjoy just alone.
Here, at an elevation of 1,550 meters, we are overlooking the very top of that region, where we can see many micro coffee farms.
Let's visit one of the coffee farms. What do you think they do here when it's raining? They roast coffee, of course.
How do they do it? On one of their own customized roasting machines. Every step is precisely controlled and monitored during the roasting process.
The entire region sits on volcanic soil rich with nutrients, which helps to develop its distinct flavor, not commonly found in other Brazilian farms.
Since 1981, Fazenda Curitiba produces coffee at altitudes extending to 1,000 meters. Varieties range from Mundonlovo, Catuai to Catura.

The beans produce drinks that found sweetness, acidity, and body, ensuring high quality and flavor.
If you now want to try this coffee, you just have to visit the center of both of the colleges. There you can encounter the first specialty coffee shop in this region,
which serves coffee in every possible brewing method. Espresso made with a naked portafilter, Hario V60, Aeropress, and a lot more.

It was built in 1938, but then was abandoned for several decades.
