This is what the suite represents, the original 200-year-old Japanese suite.
The Japanese painting of the island is a menacing, fear-mongering wave.
I guess every sailor on the sea sees breaking waves in the open ocean.
You know, you're in deep trouble because it's hurricane conditions.
I guess the image of the breaking wave is it stalls fear and loathing in the average sea-going person.
So that's what the structure does.
It's supposed to invoke, I guess, fear and trembling of people.
The menacing wave, the vicious wave.
It's going to burn Wednesday night of midnight.
When I first see this, I come from a little beach town in the Bay Area called Pacifica.
You know, some of my favorite places to go hang out are just a little bit more of that, like, natural beach.
It's kind of, like, rusted and rotted. It's a beach town feel.
So as I'm coming through the flyer, this kind of caught my eye first thing.
I think it's amazing. I think it's great what you've done with all the driftwood and everything while you're using everything.
It looks amazing. I wish I had the inspiration to do something amazing like that.
To be able to create something anything close to amazing as that is.
Music plays
I was hugging all the good looking girls.
I actually don't look like any girl at all.
Okay. Lisa, I thought it was such a fabulous idea.
Yeah, so anyway, I'm from the Pacifica, so I absolutely find it.
And I love the idea from all over.
The best thing is that all the wood is from the sea.
It's just all the wood has a history.
That's very, very original.
And, like, the water and then fire is like the opposite of the same thing.
So I like that.
Music plays
It's amazing.
When you put the fish in Miami, definitely, it's got a couple great colors to trash it all.
It's like a shipwreck tidal wave.
It's like a wave made out of shipwrecks.
It was found 30 years ago by Grandma's Attic.
She's been collecting wood for about 90 years.
And that's her last day.
She wants to have a dock at the end of the wave to be survived on.
So every once in a while, there's all these different paradise people live in
and all these different realities.
This comes from the wooden reality and it got sucked through a black hole,
but just a little piece of it.
And because of it getting sucked through the black hole, there was a time delay.
And it froze it permanently.
That's why it didn't chill it.
There were a bunch of these pirates that were out here and the whole desert dried up.
And their ship crashed on the sand somehow.
And one giant wave and then it froze because it got a cold one night.
And that's just how it happened.
This is a prehistoric artifact.
You know that there was tall, like eight foot tall, red-headed giants.
And they were found in the caves like right over there, like a couple valleys over.
And they made this prehistoric artifact.
That is a junkyard freak.
And he likes to pick up a bunch of really random junk and build shit out of it.
And this is what he came up with because I asked him for a tree house
and he goes, no baby, you're getting a tidal wave made out of wood.
And I said, hell yeah dad.
So yeah, it's Monday, yeah.
And we didn't light our art project last night because our generator fucked up.
I drove into the generator and broke the fan belt on it.
So Jason had to go into Reno to get a new fan belt.
And also he got us dilly barks because we like ice cream in the desert.
We got about three or four hours till sundown, so we'll have her laid up tonight.
I'm never going to spend another dollar at that gas station in Girl.
Not another freaking dollar. This is why. I pull in there.
One, two, three belts, all of which would work.
I don't have any belts for sale.
But you have three belts right there.
There's a whole wall of belts and three of those.
One of those will work for sure.
No, I don't.
There's no belt.
So then I had to run on to what's it called?
Burnley.
Burnley gets a nap out of her.
It's got my belts.
And then I did a little shopping, dry ice and dairy cream.
So we go.
That is high breathing.
It's a wave of rubble.
Kind of a plank across of it.
It's like a makeshift surfboard or nice little bench.
It's just pretty beautiful with the debris.
The debris and art.
I like the placement of this next to the big pirate ship here behind you as well.
It caught my eye immediately.
It was like, wait, I have to plow my camera.
We need a photo of that.
It's really beautiful.
Well, this way of here, it's the representation of the tsunami in Sri Lankan.
It's actually a celebration of lost souls.
And how many Sri Lankans we've cleansed the planet out through the act of God.
And this is a celebration of it.
Then we're going to burn it and release those souls into the ethos.
It's really kind of cleansing, I think.
What day is it?
Tuesday?
Monday or Tuesday?
Monday.
It's Monday.
Monday night.
The waves lit up.
It's finally done.
Generators fixed.
Yeah, so it's Monday night.
We can come and trip out to the flashy, flashy, licky lights and things like that.
And then we're going to burn it on Wednesday night.
So yeah, finally camp in the crew.
We're going to relax as long as there's no weather issues.
Now I've gone wood.
And yeah, that's where we're at.
So it's Monday night.
Flashy flash, licky blinkers on.
Breaking the fucking waves.
I'm glad it didn't see it worked out.
Everything is running quiet and everything is moving.
Very beautiful.
Success.
It's lit up.
It looks amazing.
I'm super happy.
We did it.
We did it.
High five.
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
Back feet.
Yeah.
I was like, you know what?
Together, like, we'll like each other.
Yeah.
How do you like each other?
Wait a minute.
We actually like each other?
Yeah.
What the fuck did that happen?
I think it might be friends.
Yeah.
What?
Dude, tonight?
Yeah.
We built this thing tomorrow.
Whoever built this thing is fucked.
Oh, that's all fallen.
We're right there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Wohot.
Yeah.
No way.
You've gotta get high.
Yeah?
Yeah.
Yeah, you better get well.
Yeah.
Yeah.
yeah.
Yeah.
Right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right?
Yeah.
Right.
It's getting away all the people from our hearts.
We're gonna burn it, I want to see it burn.
We tried, we tried where we can.
Hey, what I thought when I saw this, there's two other guys sitting here.
It was like this weird judges table.
And you're like frozen in time, got guilty verdict.
This thing with the crashing down on you, you're gonna kill you.
That's how I am.
