You like what you see, America?
This could be your life.
We're just looking like a Sherpa slash pack mule.
Not to offend a Sherpas, just, you know what I'm saying, they carry a lot of stuff.
But, um, give me a couple hundred yards of desert to trudge through before we get to our bikes.
It's really shitty.
We're basically out in the middle of nowhere.
I'm glad we brought a lot of water.
And if we didn't have it here...
I mean, people might never find us, you know?
Yeah, there's no cause for help out here.
Just desolate out here.
Trail heads up this way.
We gotta pass this sort of, this black tar pit, though.
Yeah, you can get it, it's a wall.
Another night in the desert, success.
Another night in that pink fucking hotel.
Don't let anyone tell you you need to pay for hotels.
No reason to pay for hotels.
One of the impressions, this is where Gordon Freeman stopped on his way to work.
And on that fateful day, I wonder if gashes this is what's going on.
Oh man, can you guess what it is?
All those fucking flags.
Where are we exactly?
We are at the Four Corners National Monument, because we're seriously that bored.
I mean, other than, you know, the incredible...
The scenery, I mean, this place has been devoid of, I mean, as far as I've seen, any beautiful women.
Yeah.
What?
In Utah.
We saw a hot gas station in Utah.
In Utah.
I don't know, I mean, we're in the middle of the Southwest, kind of have to go to the Grand Canyon,
kind of have to go to the Four Corners.
We paid $3 each.
Each.
Actually, I paid $3 for both of us.
I don't function on cash.
I still don't agree with this whole concept of paying to see shit that's already like the Grand Canyon.
Like, you've got to pay to come here.
Like, fuck the fuck I do.
I mean, where's the socialism?
Everything's free.
I don't think that everything's free in socialism.
Yeah, but we already pay taxes.
And so like, if we're paying taxes on it, like, which I'm sure we pay taxes for some sort of, you know, American parks
or environmental, you know, land upkeep.
Just to be clear, socialism won't solve this, because we'll still have to pay for it.
This is already here.
There's roads worth there.
The Grand Canyon was there.
I mean, the roads were there before they just made them toll roads.
I mean, somebody had to build those roads.
Somebody had to build a road to the Grand Canyon and then maintain it here.
I would much prefer there being a road and get there on horseback and not pay anything to get in.
Totally doing it.
It's pretty exciting.
Four states, one time.
Four states, two guys, four states.
So I'm going to order the earliest in Puerto Rico.
It's a strawberry one.
Are you seriously going to order a strawberry in Puerto Rico?
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, I'm going to order a normal Puerto Rico.
Facing yet another night in the desert, we were thrilled when our Mexican waiter offered us a place to stay.
I mean, this really gets back to a theme that we discussed before we left about stepping outside your box
and being amazed at how willing people are to help you.
So it's, I mean, in every turn that's been true.
We've met nothing but like this generous outgoing people in this wonderful United States virus.
I know it's frustrating that we didn't film more of the strangers who put us up along the way,
but the last thing you want to do when someone's being nice to you is take a camera in their face.
By contrast, every internet show needs more wild kittens.
Little did we know we stumbled onto, you know, a young aviator, perhaps a distant lineage from the Wright brothers.
Perfect.
Early experiments in aviation.
Now, I'm no engineer, but I think this might fly.
Perfect.
Not that flight.
Was that a success?
I mean, it did fly.
I guess any test is...
It was successfully a test, you know.
Sustained flight?
Okay.
Otherwise, it's just sort of like a hop.
Well, wouldn't want to ride on that plane.
And what exactly sort of modifications are you making?
Is this gonna...
Now I think it'll fly.
Those precise hammer throws.
Perfect.
Perfect.
Good work.
Music playing.
