What exactly is meditation? Well, I'm not educated enough to give you a definitive answer,
but I think James Freeman could. James Dillet Freeman of Cherokee and Choctaw descent never
lost track of his Native American roots. He died in 2003. His Native American roots, some say,
was the basis of many of his spiritual insights as a united teacher and author. Personally,
I enjoy reading the written words of James Dillet Freeman. With his influence, I have concluded
that the purpose of meditation is not to influence God, but rather to change the person meditating
into a better person.
There is a correlation between music and nature and souls who are kind. I met him at a powwow
in Virginia Beach. He doesn't remember me, and that's okay. I remember him, and that's important.
I asked him, may I use your music? He said, it is not my music. It belongs to the Creator.
It simply comes through me. There is a correlation between music and nature and the kind souls.
