And if everybody was a household appliance, what would you have to be?
I'd be a spider-plant.
I'll be a wretch.
You said a client?
Why would I...?
He said a client. He said a client rather than a!
How was I a client?
What are you doing this morning?
I'm not.
What were you doing last night?
I played a gig.
How much sleep have you had?
I've got a lab.
How are you feeling?
Yeah, alright.
I haven't been to Denmark already.
Does it feel different on your way there now than it did the first time you went?
It does because I know what to expect now.
Which makes it more exciting.
I'd be in Hoover if I was going to be in the house.
It's a small festival, a dangerous festival, and they're great in the light.
It's the first band to play there outside Denmark.
I teach music to small children, and then after that I serve.
I love to teach, I love to play, and I love to serve.
Here we are in Hawaii.
I think it'd be a witch.
I think it'd be a mixing bowl.
It'd be an egg timer.
The seven London musicians play on this privately mixture of gypsy folk, punk, ska, and rock.
And how the hell have they landed in ska, do you think?
Well, that's one of the life's funny, weird things.
What are you doing?
I was looking for a band, and Alex was looking for a band.
And I was going for auditions with so many crap bands, and coming back, and we left together at the time.
And just going, oh, God, it was really shit.
Oh, God, why are so many musicians in London?
And she was going, oh, my God, it's an effective band.
And then it clicked one day.
We were just like, why don't we just play together?
And then we went on Gumtree and found everybody else.
I think that my art and the malarkey are two different sides of me.
Art is the dark side, and malarkey is the light side.
I think they don't really cross over.
Art works for the band, but I think the two or so, they don't work well together.
They are just separate, I think.
And I feel happy whenever I'm playing with the malarkey or playing drums.
It's just a real happiness, because you can forget everything.
You're there in the moment, you're playing.
But when you're painting or you're drawing, it's a real cathartic experience.
You're really going into the depths.
So I'm like a total wanker, don't I?
I'll do this introduction in English, so the band backstage will know I'm not talking trash about them behind the backs.
I won't use a lot of your time trying to explain what they're going to play,
not because of my insufficient English, but simply because I've heard them and I'm still not sure.
So would you please just give it up very, very majorly for the great malarkey!
Never knew I knew you, till you lost your mind.
Then you took what was yours, and I know you've been done mine.
You're into the shine, shine, that's your mind.
You're a great man, you're a great man.
You're a great man, you're a great man.
You're a great man, you're a great man.
You're a great man, you're a great man.
You're a great man, you're a great man.
That's your gun, that's your gun.
That's your gun, that's your gun.
Amazing, these are 100 crowns, this is our first album, our debut album.
Oh thank you my friends, you are amazing.
Is an electric toothbrush an appliance, is that just a gadget?
