We're going to do a nice easy pace.
The ride is, we're in the Berkshires.
How many people have ridden up here before?
All right, it's more uphill going up and more downhill, duh, coming back.
We have two good hills, I mean, it's going to be rolling and up and then there's one
really good climb after West Stockbridge where it says Lenox Mountain Road,
down of Lenox where we pick up lunch and then downhill to Tanglewood and then
mostly rolling and flat.
Climbing up on Salisbury Hill, I could see the city light.
Wind was blowing, time stood still.
Eagle flew out out the night.
It was something that you observed.
Came in close, I heard a voice, standing, stretching every nerve.
I had to listen, had no choice, I did not believe the information.
Just got to trust imagination, my heart going boom, boom, boom.
Son, he said, grab your things, I'm going to take you home.
To keep in silence, I resigned.
My friends would think I was another, turning water into wine.
Open doors would soon be shut.
So I went from day to day.
My life was in a rut, till I thought of what I'd say.
Which connection I should come?
I was feeling part of the scenery.
I walked right out of the machinery.
My heart going boom, boom, boom.
Hey, he said, grab your things, I'm going to take you home.
Hey, back home.
When illusions fit on it, I never will, I want to be.
And if I teach you a word, when I think that I am free.
Watch my empty silhouette, who close their eyes and still can see.
No one taught me any care.
I will show another me, the day I don't need a replacement.
I tell them what the smile on my face meant.
My heart going boom, boom, boom.
Hey, I said, you could eat my things, I'm going to take you home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
Hey, back home.
