If you want to see Madrid from above, this is the place to go.
This terrace is located on the building called Circulo des Bellas Artes and the entrance fee
is just two euros.
And for that price, you do not only see the beautiful skyline of Madrid, you have also
the chance to watch some beautiful pictures because there is also an exhibition.
So this is a combined thing, you can go to the top and you can watch an exhibition.
Another opportunity to see Madrid from above is the cable car named Tereferico de Rosales.
And this is located in the Paque Oeste, the western park of Madrid and it drives from
this park to another one, the largest, the Casa de Campo.
And this park is five times bigger than the central park in New York City and also worth
a visit.
The ticket price is about five euro and 50 cents for a round trip and it will take about
11 minutes to do this tour.
If you are on a budget, I would not recommend doing this because there are way better opportunities
to see Madrid from above on a budget.
All you see is the park and the skyline of Madrid, which is with no doubt very very beautiful.
If you do that, use the chance and go for a walk.
If not, just follow my other recommendation to go to the Circulo de Belazates.
Another cool park to visit is located right next to a river and this is the Río de Manzanales
and the name of the park is Paque de la Achanzoela.
The cool thing about this park, it is not that crowded because it is not well known by
tourists and you have some very interesting bridges.
Like this one over there was a very interesting architecture or this one behind me, the Puente
del Toledo and not far away from this place is also the Estadio Vicente Calderón.
Over there this is the Estadio Vicente Calderón and this is the home stadium of Atlético
Madrid and you can see this stadium from inside with a football match taking place there in
another video blog episode.
The Parque El Rediro located directly in the center of Madrid is obviously the most famous
one.
The special thing here is that there is a lake located directly in the center and you
can rent boats and make a little round trip.
Because of its location directly next to the Plaza de Sibelis it is the perfect spot to
come if you are tired from walking through the city.
So just come here, relax for a while before heading out to have some tapas and to go
out dancing.
Do you want to see the home of Real Madrid?
Then stay tuned for the next video blog episode where I visit the Estadio Santiago Benavio
and the Estadio Vicente Calderón and moreover a football match.
See you!
