Another neat line that we sit on here at King Mountain is that huge ranges to the north
of us, and thanks to the Yellowstone Caldera here to the south, it's carved out the Snake
River Plain.
So we have flat land flying to the south of us, we have mountainous flying, Idaho's
tallest mountains to the north of us, and we're right at the dividing line at King
Mountain.
This place is awesome, this place is magic.
This place will hurt you if you're stupid.
I managed to get over 100 miles each flying day this year, early this season, so hopefully
today will be another one.
The effects of hypoxia are very insidious.
The first one is you start feeling really good and happy, okay, but you can't do basic
math problems, and dehydration in the dry desert atmosphere is also a very deadly situation,
and when you combine the two of lack of oxygen and lack of water, it's a bad combination.
Thank you.
