so when we gather together
primarily the general assembly or any other
we ج internalized different ideas
about the training in sport
also we have seen
that many young players
competition and we thought maybe we have the means to do it, to show them,
to teach them how to run correctly. The idea, at the time of the year, was to say
why wouldn't we create a tri-equipment.
And then in fact, by looking at other sports and the way they function with
poles, we thought we too will do a pole. We will do a tri-clipping pole that doesn't
exist in France and we will put all the means possible so that they go far
in their sport, but at the same time, preserve them.
We really want each athlete to have a precise program regarding what he does
daily, either by his work, or by his studies, by his abilities, by his
training opportunities, and then also where he wants to go, because there are
young people who are able today already to go to France and then there are others, no.
So we guide them, but that's it. So it's really individual programs.
The trainer is Pascal Balducci. The physical preparator is
Sébastien Kornet. So they have specifically everything that is
sporty, training, preparation, etc. Learning how to run on foot,
because you learn to run correctly with the rain points, etc.
So yes, they really all want to be sporty, it's the one who manages the
competitions, who manages the valet competitions, etc.
So there will be an atelier with the training course,
so I've got a presentation from them.
We then have the second pole, which is the medical pole, with Thomas Lekelec, who is the doctor of the sport of the team.
We have Julien Risotto, who is the podologist of the team.
We have Mathieu Bouffetot, who is the kineosteo of the team.
And we have Manon Bohar, who is the nutritionist.
They have already been involved with these people for a whole year.
They advise them, follow them, when they have a problem, when they have a demand.
They are directly in contact with H-24 with them.
It's not long-term runners.
I was going to say, they are between 16 and 22 years old, but for the most part, it's been almost a year that runs.
I was going to say, those who run for the longest time, it's been two, three years.
But they have no experience in running.
On the other hand, they have references, because physically, they are very good.
They have a potential.
We have recruited them in the following way.
One day, when we set up this project, we said to ourselves,
we are going to contact all those who are interested.
Whether it's in the clubs or the Landa runner.
And all those who wanted to come and do the detection could.
We knew that as soon as they were registered for the best of the others who knew them,
they said, I might not have the level of a Kevin or a Pierre-Louis or a Louise, etc.
So after, they were already selected among them.
They came to the selection and there we created a selection really, I was going to say,
complete, on their ability to run fast, to run for a long time, to run, etc.
And there we realized, it's Pascal Ballucci, the trainer,
who selected in the first place those who were apt to be able to integrate this team.
The term school is a bit annoying because we don't have this school side.
On the other hand, we are there really to teach them to run and to teach them to be good, to be very good.
But really, we are preserving them.
So that's the ultimate for us.
If a kid is looking to perform tomorrow by deviating a little from the rules,
all that we know on the page, it won't exist at home.
We go on a clear and precise line.
We teach you the sport at the level with the best, we give you the best at all.
Because you have to know that equipment, even like big brands,
we don't give them the means that we give to these young people.
It's also for that it gives a little bit of the desire, everywhere in France,
to regions, maybe to departments, to do the same thing as us,
to try to do the same thing as us.
And then these small groups that emerge like that meet on competitions.
We're going to gather them, but to create,
create an atmosphere, create a group.
And I think they understood it well, because for a while now,
they are really very close to each other.
If tomorrow we have a world championship of two years,
and it's thanks to us, if tomorrow, it's the goal,
it's not the limit to be the first or the champion of France,
it's not the ultimate goal.
What I would like is that they love this sport
and that we make them discover a healthy sport.
Partner, it's very simple.
First of all, the priority is that without them,
there would be no team at all.
They would not exist.
They are only private sponsors.
So to know that in the first partners that we had,
and there has been a partner for a while now,
Duterte de Traille, these pro contas,
who were already well integrated in Duterte de Traille,
came to a challenge and who decided to go a little further
and then follow us in the project of the young people.
With them, there was also Sporenege,
who is a long-term partner,
and who is the entire team's full-time partner.
We also have the Oviv, the organic stores of Besançon,
Dijon and Pontarlier,
and who are also usual sponsors of Duterte de Traille
and who wanted to adhere to the project.
We have a very big partner,
who really decided to invest in outdoor
and in the sport trial in particular.
It is the Credit Agricole,
who is our biggest financial partner.
And then, a few years ago,
we joined three new partners,
namely, well, here itself, Aquedelac,
the Nautique base of Malbuisson,
who already wanted, on the one hand,
to give access to our young people
for the recovery,
to take advantage of all the benefits of what we find here,
and then also on a financial support
from the end of 2016.
We also have the Volodalen company,
who wanted to get involved,
and then the Forge des Arts in Besançon,
an artisan who also wanted to adhere to our project.
