This is the last stage of our long journey.
A land frozen in time.
In the most unbelievable country we've ever visited.
Namibia.
Namibia.
A land of deserts, sand, rock and wind.
Lots and lots of wind.
Namibia is a very, very big country.
It's a very diverse country.
The west is the very dry Namib Desert zone.
Then we've got the Kalahari, which is a semi-desert on the eastern side.
And towards the north of Namibia, we are getting towards the tropics.
And that is an area where you find a lot of game already.
So most of the people coming to Namibia, they don't come because of paragliding.
They come to see the scenery of Namibia and the animals.
Namibia.
Like elephants, sorry, like the flying in Namibia is mostly close to the ground.
We specialize in the dunes.
The dunes are close to the sea, they are close to Swakopmund,
on the coast, on the Atlantic Ocean.
Playing the ground handling and the surfing on the dunes,
trying to be as close as possible to the ground, that is more exciting and more fun.
Namibia.
The Sossoflay dunes, they are the red dunes.
Of course, when you are flying in the afternoon or sunset light,
that enhances the color, very, very beautiful.
It is a very, very old desert, meaning that you have a lot of oxidization,
crystals in the sand, so you have a more red dune than on the coast.
And it is just amazing to see it from up in the air.
We finally reach our objective, cesarean.
After traveling thousands of kilometers, there it is, right before us,
the dune of my dreams.
But like all good paragliding pilots, you just wait.
There we go.
Namibia.
So, every time you fly, it is a little bit of a challenge.
You have to calculate exactly how much time it takes to get to the car,
and then how much time it takes to get to the door.
And you are at the next minute, because at 18h15, it closes.
You have to hurry, but the problem is that it is limited to 60 km.
So you hurry, but...
The animals are everywhere around you.
You have to be careful because sometimes they cross without looking.
Especially the other huts.
And never look when you cross.
The driest country in Sub-Saharan Africa, Namibia, serves as gateway to the desert.
You have to be careful.
Hi.
You're the nicest girl I've ever met.
Just as much my fault as it was yours.
Sandwich Harbour is very difficult.
It is more about the solitude, it is more about the uniqueness to fly there.
It is just the unique spot.
It is just once in the world.
You don't find a spot like that in the world again.
It is total nature.
You fly in nature without people, without anybody in the way.
Just a special experience.
If you've flown at once, you will never forget it.
And so our adventures end here.
After 11 months of wandering, we pack our bags for another adventure.
We hope we've inspired you to grab your paraglider and discover the world and all the magic that lies within.
Hello, it's just a hair.
If you just slow down and brush your pressure with the leaves of the leaves,
then judgement has a better chance of takeover.
It's just a hair.
