Day one of vacation running, and I am in Kishinaw.
I'm good.
I'm going to run, well, I ran in Kishinaw on day one, I'll run on day two, both are
four miles, and on day three, I'll be in Bucharest, and I'm going to run seven miles,
maybe even on the marathon trail, so we'll see how that goes.
Day two of vacation running, supposed to do four miles, but I did 3.1 because I fell,
which I've done before, and I had a bad habit of, like, getting up and keeping running after
I fall, but falling is actually a very, very good indicator that I'm really tired and I
need to chill out.
So, again, I'm falling into this issue of being too tired for some reason, and being
too tired on runs that, like, I shouldn't be tired on, like, four miles is supposed
to be my base, and for some reason, I mean, I ran and I was fine, but I was definitely
tired, and then that last mile, I obviously got tired enough to not pick my feet up enough
or, like, pay attention where I was going, and I fell, so, I got this going on, wait,
not that, also this, also this, so, I'm going to take it easy, I'm still going to try and
run, and I'm also buddy.
I'm still going to try and run my six miles tomorrow when book rushed, so, actually, but
even though I'm only running three miles today, I'm still on track because I did seven miles
instead of six on Monday, and I did two fours before that, so, again, I need to rest.
This cold is still insistently hanging out, which is annoying.
So I think one of the reasons I must be really tired is because I'm not doing my cross-training,
and I actually think that, like, I can notice a difference when I'm not cross-training.
I think I've lost the muscle, so I need to, I need to get that back as soon as humanly
possible.
So we'll see, we'll see how it goes.
I've got this feeling on the summer day when you were gone, I crashed my car into the
bridge, I watched, I let it burn, I threw your shit into a bag and pushed it down the stairs,
I crashed my car into the bridge, I don't care, I love it, I don't care.
I have come home to insanely hot weather, I'm not even home yet, but it's fucking pretty
good.
I get to run in this.
I told me from a few months ago, it's looking a little bit better, it is hot.
