But it didn't have anything to do with any kind of political scene.
It was a picture from these riots that happened in Vancouver, Canada
after the Canadians lost the hockey playoffs.
But it was a really cool picture.
It was, you know, that night in the streets,
like everybody was going nuts, you know,
like I couldn't give a shit about hockey or most sports in general.
But, you know, people were breaking windows and stuff
and the riot police were out in the streets.
And this photographer took all these pictures.
And the next day he was looking through them,
and he saw that in one of the couple frames of his pictures
there were this couple kissing in the middle of the road.
I mean, maybe you saw it.
It's kind of called a riot kiss picture.
And, you know, although it didn't have anything to do with it,
just seeing that picture of this like little tender moment
going on in the middle of this like absolute chaos and aggression
kind of crystallized for me something about what I was thinking about
with what was going on with the Occupy movement.
And anyway, this song is called Shouts.
And it's kind of based on living downtown near Occupy Wall Street.
And then, and that picture.
Okay.
I think we'll just start with the heavy part.
Okay.
Here we go.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
One, two, three.
