It seems that it was there when in 2012 I took my bike and I went to the Pyrenees.
The following year it was the Cantabric Cerrallade and with that crossing the project Cerrallades BTT was launched,
where I proposed to ride the 5 most important Cerrallades of the peninsula.
A project that has ended this year in 2016 and that for the last 5 years has taken some modifications.
But what has never changed, in addition to its sporting appearance, is the solidarity aspect.
Since each of the pedaling that I have given all these years has also served because others can have a slightly more dignified life.
Thanks to those who proposed to me, I have become a sporting group with solidarity.

After a couple of paddles and taking strength with the mosaic,
today we go to the river El Quivir,
where we will verify that we are not the only ones who decide
to arrive at their very own inexistent waters.
The river El Quivir is one of the most beautiful rivers in the world.

With a pleasant temperature, we start the day by circling between magnificent forests full of beautiful trees.
When we arrive at a beautiful lake, a sunny wind tells us that from now on, the cold and the clouds that had gathered in the sky will accompany us during the rest of the route.
We continue our route, trying to get away from a bad weather, and the mountain almost always ends in the rain.
We continue.
As you can see, we didn't make it.
We arrived at La Pluja, but we also arrived at La Boira, so we don't have to wait for the bad weather to stop.

We are in Capileira, a small town in Alpujarra, one of the highest in Peninsular.
Its peculiar architecture, perfectly adapted to the sculpted terrain of the Barang de Poqueira and the climatology of the area, makes this place a real wonder.
The Barang de Poqueira is a natural space of the southern basin of Sierra Nevada, which descends vertically from the Alps to its basins, more than Capileira, the towns of Obion and Pampaneira.
From different accounts of this unique population, we can observe the northern part of the Barang, the Alps of Sierra Nevada,
which stands out among others, the Alveleta and the Almoulacem, which is the highest in the Iberian peninsula.
As a proof that we are not the only ones in the area, a seal shows us from the air part of the trail where we will walk, until we arrive very close to the Almoulacem feet.
Between Nugues and Castañes, we arrive at the bottom of the Barang, where a pretty horse river, with the few puddles that have already passed, shows us the magnificent hills where the water makes the delicacies of our rooms.
We take the opportunity to rest a little and refresh ourselves, since now we have a nice and refined push until we arrive at the new Capileira.
As I assure you, at least one server will get a good feel of the water.
We decided to take a day off at Langharron to organize a little bit all the cinematographic material that we have so far recorded,
taking advantage of the small adjustments to the bicycles and making a relaxed and beautiful road walking until its castle.
The castle of Langharron will be built in the late 19th century.
The castle of Langharron will be built in the late 19th century.
The castle of Langharron will be built between the 13th and 16th centuries and is majestically elevated, dominating the valley of the Langharron river next to the Barang Salad.
Today it is pointed out, since its state is very detailed.
After digging a mysterious tunnel, today more than ever, we can say that we will walk to Gran Alçada, about 100 meters or so.
And for this occasion, we will accompany you from a fort bend that has been made without our permission.
It is the path of the king, a trail of 8 km from which three passarels are found, which is the natural dam of the Serra Malagueña,
with the taste of the Gaitanes, formed of spectacular, steep walls of Gran Alçada, between which the river runs through Guadalorce.
This is totally unconcernable for those who love to swim, or totally unconcernable for those who love to swim and want to use sand as a play therapy.
It was built in 1901 as a way to maintain the water canal, which was the central hydroelectricity of the El Chorro population.
And it was very much used as a center of peace between this population and other proper enclavements.
The trail of the king was recovered and restored in March 2015, since until then the path was totally unusable,
due to the election of nature and not of the bad man. With many of its trails, you can still observe its original trail and its enormous deterioration.
The Gos de l'Albert, when we get there, doesn't like the fact that our friend Ocellet came to wake us up.
Today we will guide ourselves through a unique route within the Parnatural Serra of the Neus,
which through the Port de la Dona connects the Riu Turón and the Riera de la Fuensanta.
We are now heading to the Port de la Dona, which is located at the top of the Parnatural Serra.
After passing the Port de la Dona, we will leave the Riu Turón and the Riera de la Fuensanta to pass the Riu Turón,
as soon as we leave it will show us unique landscapes like the Valle de Lifa.
Finally, at the end of the Valle de la Dona, we arrive at the population of the city,
from where we will arrive at our destination for a road trip.
Finally, we arrive at the last day of our adventure through the Vética Cerralades,
and the last one that we will take care of will be the mountains.
Today we will know one of the most characteristic of the Parnatural Serra of Grazalema,
the Serra de l'Endrinal, from where we will take a look at the Eurografía Gaditana.
From Port del Boyar, we can take a look at our own goal for the day of today,
the Sal del Cabre, two immense sims separated by a deep forest.
Before we move on for a long time, we will follow a trail that runs through an endless and precious place.
Finally, we arrive at the end of a stone, the Sal del Cabre.
The legend explains that a goat that lived close to the Sal del Cabre,
in an austentation of dexterity, gave a salt from one wall to another,
without adding a single drop of milk that it brought with its sick child.
From here, the name of this spectacular congoose to vertical the walls,
which is covered with boulders and other air bubbles.
There are not many kilometers left until this adventure is over
and a five-year project ends in success.
It does not matter how many kilometers you have traveled by bike or bike,
it does not matter how many meters of unevenness you have accumulated.
Since the kilometers and the meters are only distance and height.
What makes this more or less important is what we have learned from them.
Pirineus, cantaric serrallada, Iberi system, central system,
and now the vertical serralladas.
Each one carries different records, but at the same time all specials.
Each one has taught me a lot of things that now I have to show.
They have always tied me with open arms and always in my body they will be.
Thank you very much, my friend Ocellet, for guiding us from the sky and showing us the ways.
You have been of great help to us. We wish you a good return to your old self, forever.
Thank you very much.
you
