We live in a world with over 7 billion people.
I think that a lot of people are hurting, they have this empty place in their heart,
and they don't know what is supposed to fill that.
When I go to the world and see the need, how many people haven't heard about Jesus?
I think who's going to go?
Who's going to share with them the good news of salvation?
God has called young people.
They have energy, seal.
They'll see the possibilities.
They'll see the options, the opportunities of souls that can be won.
We Mark College has a mission, a mission to serve and to seek and say the lost.
We are a group of students who are striving for this training, we're striving to do the
work.
Whether it's organic chemistry, physics, marriage and family, they're all focused on
that main theme and that is Jesus Christ.
When I came here, I was blown away by the quality of the instructors and the material
that they presented in such amazing ways.
85% of our students that come out of We Mark actually owe less than $2,000.
The reason is because of our practical training, you're able to earn more money here going
through school and sometimes we're able to hook you up with donors so that you can come
out debt free or near debt free.
And get this, over 90% success rate in getting in to their program of choice, even medical
school.
You see, God wants every single one of his sons and daughters to be a missionary and
here we can learn so many things.
I really enjoyed anatomy and physiology, SDA church history.
My very favorite was biochemistry.
It was just so amazing to be able to look at science from a spiritual perspective.
It taught me how to be a Christian.
Everything things that we had never seen before as the Holy Spirit taught us.
It combined the aspects of biology, physiology of the human body, the chemistry.
SDA church history changed my life.
It's amazing, okay?
Study anatomy and physiology, you won't regret it.
It's beautiful.
I mean, there's not much more I can say than that.
The average school day probably starts a little bit earlier than you're used to waking up.
That's alright.
I get used to it.
People are, you know, in the morning, they're just walking around this loop and exercising
and to see this culture of health, this culture of exercise, it's really encouraging.
We more situated in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains and we are truly in a beautiful
location.
Without even leaving campus, you have miles of amazing trails.
The students here have the opportunity to work not only to just pay off their studies
but also to learn a trade or learn something new.
Last year I was less to be able to work at the academy as an assistant dean.
I myself have been working for the church as outreach coordinator and it's been a great
blessing.
You actually learn to labor and to work with your hands and you have a great service experience
because if our education is not leading towards service, it's not really an education that's
going to be very useful to the world.
The Weimar campus, it is a family.
Everyone is striving for something better, for a deeper walk with God.
People aren't faking it here.
I remember still being in the dorm and, you know, a lot of young girls would come and
we would spend time praying, asking the Lord to guide our lives or being outside in the
picnic tables and just having amazing conversations about what we want to do, service, mission
field.
An army is something that can't be stopped, if there are people working together, if there
are one or two gathered in the name of Christ, it's something that the devil can't stop.
Being an army for Christ is being specially trained to do his work, being specially trained
to fight the battles that he wants us to fight.
Trust God to where you're going to go to school.
Trust God that he will lead you down the right path.
If that path leads you to Weimar, praise the Lord, we'll see you next year.
