So I'm here at the gym today to answer some questions for you guys.
You guys have been asking what do I do training and nutrition wise in my lifestyle.
I do keep in shape throughout the whole year so I'm here today to take you guys through
a workout.
I'm three days away as well from shooting editorial pictures for Ultra Boomer magazine
which is a new magazine out in Europe.
So what do I do?
I'm going to be showing you behind the scenes, taking you to the gym and I am ready to rock.
Don't swipe off to the gym, when you're in the gym work hard, you get 30 to 45 minutes,
every moment count, hey, and leave me a low ball of fun.
Okay, so personally, every one of you guys is going to train differently, probably do
more cardio, more training depending on your actual body type that you guys have.
Me specifically, I train four to five times a week, probably at the moment five weight
sessions a week, cardio I do three times a week which is a low intensity, I always, always
wear a heart rate monitor.
I want to stay in the fat burning zone every time I work out, one to two times a week,
I will do an internal training session, 15 to 20 second sprints, usually I double that
in the amount of recovery time, so if it's a 20 second sprint, I'll take about 40 seconds
recovery time in between, water, pretty basic, stay at 45 litres every single day.
Last thing, cheat meals, I have cheat meal once a week which is usually after a photo
shoot, if I'm getting pictures done, or if I've been dieting for a long period of time.
Main reason is, is that it kicks my metabolism up and tells my body that I'm not dieting
the whole time.
There are some simple steps that you can apply to your own lifestyle, now I'm going to get
back into training, let's go.
