bacon cheese, organic corn, broccoli, tofu, carrots, soy chorizo from Trader Joe's, organic pasta sauce, and lasagna noodles, and Trader Joe's vegan ovens
that was great so first things first speak up first things first we're gonna make vegan ricotta
we need a blender, tofu, some hummus, quite a few seasonings, Italian, vegan
oh I'm sorry we also need nutritionally I'm a nutritional beast don't fuck with me
all I care about is me me me do you all want carrots in your lasagna okay I don't
want carrots in my lasagna so for our vegan ricotta we need a bowl to mix it up in
half a cup of hummus now I will mash the hummus and tofu now if that's not vegan I
don't know what is we need to add some spices as well as nutritional yeast if
you don't know what nutritional yeast is it is a bacteria that grows similar to
how mushrooms grow this gives the ricotta a nice creamy cheesy good great
excellent spectacular flavor the most people would claim to be unmatchable
we're gonna add a half of a fourth of a cup of Italian seasoning that's a lot
half of a fourth of a cup of Italian seasoning of basil yeah I would say
just don't put it all in there sprinkle a little bit that's great all right now
we're gonna add some granulated garlic we love granulated garlic I would say
that was about one to two teaspoons she's keep mashing until your hands fall off now
we're gonna add some marinara sauce to the bottom of your hand

we are gonna cut some broccoli this is our vegan soy's chorizo next we'll
sprinkle in some corn so I kind of forgot to add the cheese
it's marinara sauce noodles
since I'm out of broccoli we're gonna use broccoli stock which is just as good
as broccoli
now we'll wait about 35 minutes four to five days
all right so it's been about 40 minutes I believe maybe 50 and we tested the
noodles and they go right through the fork so we're gonna pull it out
