El Bully opens for the first time this very impressive exhibit when he reveals his creative
process and key to success of the iconic restaurant.
The charismatic genius chef Fernanda Diajas taking astronomy to a level it had never reached
before and he has taught chefs like myself to dream and to believe that anything is possible.
I had a quick catch up with him, his brothers and his mates, this is what they had to say
about New Zealand, Latin food and leaving the dream.
We have always been on the list, therefore we keep the order.
Many years ago it was necessary to create content, and to create something new.
So, it was necessary to create this creative group.
Let's see, let's see.
It's a great idea.
And to see a group like this in one place, to look behind, and also to go to the next.
What they have built, what they want to build.
Absolutely, this is inspired because,
they have taken the role of the leader of the group.
But really, this is a possibility of creativity.

Talking to all those chef idols,
felt as if it was in the middle of a constellation of Michelin stars.
