I was watching on the screens in the weight room and I was like, what is this stuff, man?
Like, these guys are beating each other and this is crazy.
I went into fighting and I didn't know anything.
I just knew I was an athlete.
I knew I could.
I knew I could.
I believed in myself.
And when you become an entertainer in a certain way, sometimes you grasp that and you let
things go.
You let other people make decisions for you.
You listen to other people.
And man, I was at the top and I got married and some really bad things went on with that.
So I was down.
I lost my fighter's heart, man.
And it's been gone for quite some time since I was on the TV show, The Ultimate Fighter.
And man, it was just like, it should have been such a great time.
And I remember watching the episodes when I'm on TV and I looked at who was there and not
one of my family members, not one of my coaches, not a past coach, not a past friend, not a
past anything was sitting in my living room as all people that were just congratulating
my wife on how good she did of marrying a guy that was on TV.
And I kind of just took a step back from life and seen what it really was about.
I had my little boy and, you know, it just, I wanted to get more clarity.
I felt like, you know, I felt like my little boy and target, you know, I want that.
I want that.
And I was buying all this materialistic that I didn't need.
I wasn't living anything for me.
I was living everything for somebody else's dreams, I guess, or to pay for somebody else's
fun.
And I got to this position where I was like, I'm done, man.
I'm done.
I don't need this.
I don't need any of this anymore.
I don't need these possessions.
I don't need these clothes.
I don't want any of this.
I don't need this anymore.
What do I need?
What I need?
I need my vision.
I need it back.
I need my heart back.
So I got a plane.
I've been taking these supplements from 10 X gains and the recovery, like I trained so
hard.
I'll go four straight hours.
And in that four straight hours, I'll probably run that hill 25 times.
I do definitely 15 minutes of hard warmup.
I do probably about 30 minutes of boxing.
I'm out there lifting.
I'm throwing tires.
I'm sledgehammering up and I'm doing all these things.
And the recovery drink from 10 X is amazing to me.
There's three in the fridge at all times just because I've got to work out so many times
a day.
And if it wasn't for this stuff, I don't think my body be beating as healthy as it is.
And what it does, it's not recovering.
It's recovering the way it needs to because I'm taking this recovery drink.
I give everything to my success right now to 10 X, the recovery and the lift.
The lift is the pre-workout and that stuff is crazy.
That stuff gets me going for four hours where I don't stop, where I sit there and hit mitts
with my coach and he's out and I wrestle with the guys and I'm going back and forth.
So it's pretty amazing stuff.
And you know, the protein powder is, it's awesome because I put it two scoops with my
strawberries and everything else and it doesn't have that aftertaste.
It doesn't have that, that taste, it's just vanilla.
It's like, it's something you get because I put it in a ninja and chop it all up and
it's all good.
You know, it gives me what I feel I need and I've got, I've gotten the most lean I've
ever been at 39 in my life.
The recovery drink for 10 X gains is amazing.
I think it's one of the things that's keeping me in this fight.
I'm getting ready to fight for Bellator at 39 years old and I have no, no injuries.
Nothing's wrong so far, but I'm doing the things I need to keep my body healthy.
And the recovery drink for 10 X gains has been amazing and what I do for my training.
