I'm Charlotte Hardwick and I'm the designer of Wild and Bride London and I make bespoke
dresses for brides who want something a little bit different.
Today we're at the Roughlux Hotel in King's Cross and we've decided to shoot a Miss
Havisham style inspirational shoot for brides to get ideas from.

My name's Elizabeth and I run Elizabeth's Cake Emporium based in Barnett in North London.
We do wedding cakes, cupcakes and cookies for all occasions.
I'm the great expectation story. We are depicting Ms Havisham in various states of getting ready
and then finally realising that she's been jilted. So I'm here to provide some of the
sumptuous goodies that would grace the wedding breakfast table.
My name's Rosie Wise and I make vintage jewellery for brides. I'm a repurposer
which means that I collect old jewellery and I make it into new pieces.
This is a headband, bridal headband and this is made from old lace. I use a lot of handmade
antique lace. In fact the big piece is probably about 100 years old and then there are old
millinery flowers on top of that. Here's another necklace that I made and this centre piece
of that was made from an old brooch probably from maybe the 1920s or 30s of two love birds.
My name is Emma Connolly and I've been doing chintz and chintz
in China for a couple of years now. I started collecting antique china particularly nearly
20 years ago. Today we're doing a styled photo shoot on the Great Expectations theme.
So we've done right from the very beginning of Miss Hensham when everything is laid beautifully
and right through to the end where she obviously gets turned down.
So I'm going to show you how to do it.
