The idea of the practice was let's bring everybody in together, let's all coordinate
on care with the end goal of being to optimize wellness.
It's a team.
We work together as a team.
We succeed as a team.
I think that that shows in who I've hired and how well trained they are at their positions
and really how much they care.
His first goal is he wants the best of the best.
He wants the best care for his patients, which means he has to have the best providers.
For me to find this opportunity to work with a clinic that's just expanding and getting
bigger and bigger was an amazing opportunity.
Everybody's here.
Everybody that's involved in your wellness care is in one spot.
When the patient first arrives, we get to know them a little bit.
We figure out what's going on with the history, so we'll take a very detailed history, figure
out if this is something new, if it's something chronic, because they have very different
underlying diagnoses.
We're very thorough.
We start with x-rays.
We start with consultation and then the adjustment.
So with the digital x-ray, we can really come to a conclusion of what's going on with somebody.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
And you just, you have this full range of what a person could require to help them not
be in pain.
You're going to grip, yes.
My job is to strictly use Chinese medical therapy or Oriental Medicine to treat a disorder.
I approach Chinese medicine with impeccability as if there is no tomorrow.
In the physical therapy portion, we have a decompression unit.
We have therapy such as a interferential current, which we call electrical stimulation
and heat.
We have ultrasound.
We have class 4 laser with the K laser, which is great for inflammation, speed up healing,
mainly for sports injuries type of things.
It's also great for plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel.
The fact that he's got topical and technologies is a big deal.
We have a counselor who is specialized in neurofeedback.
His vision to bring me in was to add to the holistic care that he provides here.
And what we're looking to do with neurofeedback in particular is to provide that along with
a lifelong resource that will help someone not just mask an issue, but to actually recover
from it.
With my staff, it's all about the customer service and, hey, let's really make people
at home.
Let's make them feel like they're spending their money wisely and that they're coming
to a place where they can heal and people care about them.
When I started working here, I was like, this is my tribe.
I found my people.
Everybody's got a fantastic sense of humor, but everybody is really client or patient
focused.
At the end of the day, my biggest reward has to be seeing the smiling faces.
The most gratification you get is when a patient looks at you and hugs you and says, I feel
amazing.
