This week is going to kind of be a makeup week for the last three weeks.
I'm more than nervous because I was so busy for the last three weeks that like running was not an option.
I was barely sleeping.
So like I ran when I could, but a lot of the time I was just like on the road for too long.
I wasn't sleeping enough.
I wasn't eating enough.
And it just like, it's just not something that I could have done in a way that was like enjoyable or helpful for my training.
So like this week I'm taking it very easy.
I'm going to finish training and then like six, five.
I don't know how many days.
The marathon is super close.
Six days.
This is all I need to start running and some clothes.
So I'm about to leave and it definitely looks like fall.
Very bright.
I think I need my hat.
So yeah, so I'm going to run.
It's a little bit warm, but actually it's quite nice if you're in the shade.
And I think it's probably going to cool down considerably as I'm running.
I should get to Floodest around three and I'm hoping to get back home before five ish and that should be a good time for me.
The only thing I'm currently worried about is the hills because the hills is what does it to you.
At least that's what does it to me.
I'm trying to do two things in what I'm failing.
I have run, I ran nine miles and in any way without problems, but there are like no hills where I was running.
So we'll see.
But like this way back, there's considerably more hills and the last thing that I run is that huge downhill for Vadim.
Which is like the highest point in the Rion.
I'm running mostly through Floodest Rion, which is fine.
I prefer to run through Soroka, but yeah, hopefully this run will be good.
I think it will be.
I should also note that the reason I'm running at three o'clock as opposed to 10 o'clock,
which is what I was planning was because I tried to wake up and even though I had been sleeping for like 12 hours,
my body was still like, nope, you need to go back to bed.
Like I couldn't even open my eyes.
They were so swollen with fatigue.
No, I'm not sick or anything.
So I was like, I'm going to sleep in.
So I slept in and I woke up with enough time to eat and kind of chill out and hydrate.
And now I'm better off for a run when sleeping in pays off.
I hope.
My hair tie broke.
So I have a lot four new ones because I'm tired of this bullshit.
The line was a little long for the earbuds, so I'm going to try somewhere else,
even though they had exactly the ones I wanted.
The machine at the other one didn't work, so I have to pay in cash,
which I needed to get cash anyway, but boo.
I got my money.
Not for the headphones.
I forgot my damn card again, but somebody got it for me.
It's my buddy, the dog.
He hates me.
So I'm at the forest.
Maybe two miles from home.
So yeah, I did.
I can get there.
There we go.
Did that uphill.
I'm walking a little bit and I have a little bit more of an uphill.
And it's all downhill from there, baby.
Yeah.
I'm back home.
And now I need to go pay my bill at the magazine.
And I was actually surprised to find that I didn't really lose that much time,
but I've just been running really fast in comparison to how much I was walking,
which is awesome.
So my knees are a little bit sore, but I'm actually feeling pretty good.
Hills have a tendency to do that to me.
And I did just jump right up to a 10-miler.
So I think I'm doing pretty well.
I'm going to go and I'm going to roll out a whole lot.
And then tomorrow I'll do a shorter distance, maybe six.
It depends.
I might run until my knees hurt and then I'll stop.
And then it's Wednesday.
So I'll probably have to do a morning run if I end up going into town early,
or I'll stay here.
Who knows?
I still don't know exactly what my week looks like,
but we're supposed to get some rain.
So if that's the case, that would be really annoying.
But yeah, if that's the case, I'll probably go into Kizhno,
so I'll have somewhere to run.
But we'll see.
We will see.
Nice of you, as we say in Romanian.
