I was born here in Arresti, it is a town of Iqibuzqa, it is neither inside nor below Ernio,
it is a beautiful mountain, you have to visit it and the house is called Irule, Irule Chiqui because there are several Irules and here we are and I'm in Hoxarra, Hoxarra, Hoxarra Monagirre and my companion is Arrater.
I'm Arrater, I'm from a town that is right on the other side of the mountain of Ernio and it is a bigger town, it is called Las Arte and I came here 10 years ago to live with Hoxarra and we put the march project here.
We wanted to get our own food and be as self-sufficient as possible,
and that led us to create this whole project.
And one thing is that we are self-sufficient and then also offer the rest of the families the closest thing possible to their environment and their plan of life.
I think that the people who come in and who are consuming us also have a plan of life, a philosophy that I consider with ours.
And today we have about 35 or 40 families serving the products that we have, which are wheat, season products, we have apples and apple derivatives,
that are seed, apple juice, jam, sweet apple, the apple included.
And then with the chicken, eggs and chicken for meat consumption.
Bread and flour, because we usually buy wheat grain and now we are making our own wheat and then we make the flour and we sell flour, bread and rest.
We have three groups, one is in Aspeti, here on the side, 10 kilometers and the other two that we have in Donosti,
that more or less have 12 people in each group, and we put as minimum that they have to make a spending of 60 euros a month.
And then the baskets start more well with the vegetables, there are lots of vegetables that are from 7.5 to 10 and 15,
and for example, if a person takes a basket of 15 with four that are taken a month and they already have 60.
And if you take a lot of the person or I can share it with someone, or if not, take one of 10 or one of 7.5 and what is left to complete the 60 euros,
complete it with bread, with sumo, with chicken, with eggs and each one is made in a basket.
One of the things I like the most is the environment, living in a natural environment, that's why I like it a lot, a lot, a lot,
other things that I like is that I only know how to work, but other things that I like is that we are both here, working in the same space.
That also brings, that you are at a personal level, it encourages us to have to work personally,
because we are all day with the same stories, with the same projects. So I also like that aspect.
The sharing of space and the personal sharing.
We share the business, not just the family, the business that sometimes comes from the business.
Yes, and then the projects are different and so on. For me personally it is also interesting.
I am growing, the project is growing, not in volume, but in going further.
I think that our growth was in that sense.
It was more structured, more consolidated, I think that it was consolidated, because I think that the way it is,
because it was all about the diversity of the field, and we already have that, we already have the diversification in the market.
I would say that the CDA was something that was not interesting, we started, I don't know if it will continue.
So I think that the diversification theme was quite complicated.
And the volume too.
And then now with the theme of the workshops and that, it is now that we consolidate it,
and the infrastructure, the workshop, that is also going to give us a lot of tranquility,
that is, that it is finished, then I think that with solidarity, I think that is what is missing.
