A
Over 58 million Americans are overweight.
One in three are at risk for diabetes.
Stress-related diseases are at an all-time high.
And it gets worse. It has spread to our children.
Childhood obesity has tripled since 1980.
So it doesn't look good. The odds are certainly stacked against us.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Our source neighbor once said,
It is not the body that fails first. It is always the mind.
Many people don't believe they can change.
It's not the body that fails first.
It is always the mind.
Many people don't believe they can change.
The fact of the matter is every second inside your body
cells are dying and are instantly being reproduced.
So your body is always changing.
So the question is, what are you doing today?
The great day will become tomorrow.
Most people fail because they don't have an effective plan.
You need a strategy that works.
Nothing beats feeling good on the inside and looking good on the outside.
It just breeds confidence.
So you've got to ask yourself one thing.
Are you focusing on the problem?
Or are you focusing on the solution?
Because if you focus on the solution, that's where you're going to get great results.
And that's where we're going for.
What I love seeing is these people come in to transform their bodies.
And in the end, it's amazing they end up transforming their entire lives.
Everything that I take from what I've learned at PB3,
which is you can't look at that huge goal and think,
from where I stand right now, how am I ever going to get there?
You've got to be willing to take that first step, do the work, be here,
use everything that you have in you, and get to the next step.
And every time you're making a next step, it looks different.
You know, having the opportunity to train along the side of Billy
has been one of the greatest experiences I've ever had,
from pushing hummers to hitting bags to running up and down hills with weights on my back.
It's been one of the best things that's probably ever happened to me.
Training at PB3 has given me a sense of confidence within myself
that I didn't even know that I could attain.
It's an arena which provides me the ability to release whatever it is that's bothering me.
Whether it's physical, mental, emotional, whatever it is,
when I leave this gym, it's gone, and I leave here a better person.
At work, the folks around me understand when I've been to the gym.
If I haven't been, watch out.
I hate to say that it's so cliche to say we changed lives,
but the truth is, we really do.
Yeah, PB3, what can I say?
It's about results.
Bottom line.
