What are the new launches of Divella?
Thank you very much for this opportunity.
Our company is glad to introduce to our international customers our new lines.
We are proposing some innovation in the pasta business that is mature so hard to develop.
We are introducing a tamarind pasta, a pasta made adding natural tamarind powder which
has a lot of benefits, healthy and also tasty to add to your pasta, daily pasta.
Then we are introducing let's say an artisanal kind of artisanal pasta.
We produce in our factory also some fresh pasta.
From the fresh pasta we decided to give this opportunity to taste this product to the overseas
customers like North American, South American, Australia where the transit time is so long
so fresh pasta will be very expensive to bring by air.
So what we have done is to dry this pasta on a special very low temperature and a slow
time of a sequence so to get a very, very raw surface pasta.
So to join with whatever size sauce you like.
What are the next exhibition where buyers and retailers can find these new products?
We have a big appointment with Fancy Food in New York where we are just starting the
promotion of these two new lines, getting a great approval especially for those customers
who want to have something new, something new to try or something new, some trendy food.
Asian food is becoming very popular and tamarind is a taste that is becoming very popular among
all the generations for its benefits.
Ok, I saw, I read inside your stand the Italian way of food, what does this claim mean for
developers?
Well, as you know we have Mediterranean passion as a claim, as a hawa motto.
What we are trying to do is to export not only typical Italian food, the pasta, the
sauce, the olive oil, the balsamic, biscuits, etc.
But also the way of food is an Italian style.
Just get relaxed and eat healthy and genuine products.
So the Italian way of food is a culture that we want to develop with our friends throughout
the world.
