My Erika, from the moment I laid eyes on you, I knew you were the one.
As cliche as that is to say, I've never second guessed being yours forever.
I always cherish our first date as we ice skated, holding hands under the stars in Santa Monica.
I'd never felt such raw emotions and absolute fate.
And here we are, with friends and family, as I profess my love to the woman of my dreams.
Though I knew pretty early on that Louie was the one, the moments that solidified it for me the most
were the days and months following Erika's father's passing last year.
Louie jumped on a plane with Erika and so across the country to be with her and her family without a hesitation.
He has been one of the greatest support systems for her and her mom through everything that her whole family has been through this past couple of years.
And I just knew from then on that no matter what was thrown your guys this way, you would face it together regardless of the circumstances.
Your dad called you one of his greatest treasures and I know he would be so proud to see you marry in the love of your life.
Amen, that truly adores you and that will always be by your side.
Today, in front of our closest friends and family, I take you to be my lifelong husband and partner.
You have made me the happiest I've ever been and have made me feel more loved than I ever thought possible.
You are the man I want to spend the rest of my life with and I can't wait to begin our journey together as husband and wife.
We both agree life is too short and that we can't take it for granted.
One lifetime is not enough time to spend with the one you love, but I vow to live the fullest and happiest life we can together.
During the vows, Louis mentioned how Erica has really made him a better person and be able to appreciate and love the people who love him.
It's true. I mean, you've done that. We are witnesses, right, Lauren? Right, Chris? Rose?
Erica, many thanks.
I'm here today because my life is infinitely better with you than without. I may not be able to move mountains for you, but we will always climb them together.
Your beauty, heart, and beaming glow inspire me to be the best person I can be.
And I, Louis Miklosbala, vow to love who you are and who you will become.
As a family, we will create a home filled with laughter, love, and compassion.
We will teach our children the same values and traditions that we've learned from our own family.
I vow to never give up on us and to tell you every day how much I love you.
I am excited to grow old with you and watch the chapters in our life pass by.
And when our hair is gray and our hands are wrinkled, I hope to look back at the life we created and smile at all we've accomplished.
I can't wait to live until forever with you, Louis. I love you.
And now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride.
