If there's anything important we learned, it's...
Why?
Hold on.
Hey, Brett.
Hey, Jose.
Yeah?
Uh, yeah.
Sorry, we're having a little bit of a technical glitch, so we're just going to have to ask you
to step off stage because there might be some electrical problems.
You don't want me to talk too much.
Okay?
We'll take a look here.
They are at a regular level, just so you all know.
Let's take a look at some of the wiring here.
Okay.
Yep.
Okay, so I've just heard.
Okay.
Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to...
So sorry about this, and we're going to do a quick little filler while we figure out this
problem.
It's probably like, you know, a six-owned problem, so you know how that goes.
All right.
Tonight's nominee for first-time Dracula victim goes on to, uh, hey, hey, how are you doing?
Oh, really?
That's...
Okay, shall I switch to the wire?
Okay, sorry, guys.
Hold on.
Uh, it feels so much better.
Y'all heard about Vimeo?
Yeah, I heard about Vimeo.
Y'all remember about Vimeo?
Yeah, I remember about Vimeo.
Yeah, I remember about Vimeo.
Yeah, I remember about Vimeo.
Remember about one time about Vimeo?
Shit.
Yeah.
That's all we do.
Yeah, okay.
Let's check it out.
Let's check it out.
Let's check it out.
Let's check it out.

When the Vimeo Award for Outstanding Music Video goes to Liars, scissor by Andy Brontel.
I've always been nervous about having musicians act in music videos.
And although I wrote this treatment with an actor in mind, Angus, we'd sing or the Liars
really wanted to do it.
So I agreed that he could as long as we did a run through a couple days beforehand and
he agreed to that.
So a few days before we shot the video, we ran through the whole thing and shot it with
Angus sitting in the raft in the middle of my friend's backyard.
And even though it was sort of ridiculous, it totally made me feel at ease with him being
able to pull it off.
And he has such a distinct look about him and easygoing nature that I just felt like
as long as the ocean didn't completely destroy us, that the video could really turn into
something very magical.
Wow.
Thank you so much, Vimeo.
And like Richie said, music video is a pretty low budget these days, so there's a lot of
people that work on them for free and a lot of friends that just kind of help out just
for the fun of it and to go out on a boat in the middle of the ocean for a day.
So I share this with all my friends that helped for free and let me borrow their cameras and
stuff.
Thank you.
