I have to tell you finally, oh my goodness, you may have heard about this on the news.
The Liberals are just dying over how inappropriate this is.
I am doing a new exercise now.
Leave it to the Liberals to think that exercising is inappropriate.
It's called H2O, okay, and it's based on heroin.
Now, hear me out.
You know how, I don't know if you've seen this on the streets, but when you see somebody
who's on heroin, they slowly fall, you know, they just slowly crumble.
They just sort of, I wonder, I've always thought that takes a little core work.
It takes so much core work.
Now, you know, like, Iggy Pop, you know how toned he is.
Oh, wow.
And he switches.
Oh, they defined a yoga, a light yoga body before yoga was done by Madonna.
This is what I'm saying.
And so Arnold, my personal trainer, he told me about it, and I was like, oh my gosh, that
sounds so terrifying.
Well, of course you were terrified, heroin.
I'm like, I'm not doing heroin.
I won't smoke it as I won't shoot it.
I won't keep it away.
Jane's over there.
She had a problem.
A little bit of a problem.
That's okay.
You know, a little bit of a keep up never hurt anybody.
Clearly, it hurt Jane, but keep going.
I don't think sometimes I can get too burped off with that.
Just a tiny little bump, just the cutest little sweetest bump there ever was.
So, this is the exercise.
It's H2O.
Now, it's two parts heroin and one part oxygen.
It's incredible.
All it is is 10 minutes.
10 minutes of standing.
And you slow down.
As you fall, and I swear to God it is, well, the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and
you start standing, and the first five minutes is going down into a squat.
And you cannot stop.
And my body is shaking and shaking, and then when you hit the five minute mark, you stop.
And then you run, you know.
You start to run.
I could see because the time you have started to develop.
Look, I still have problems right now.
Not even.
