What's going on, this is Josh, today we're at the 2015 6th year anniversary for Cali
K9.
This is the third year at the Cali K9 headquarters, we're about to have a good time.
Some of the people who have been here from day one and they remember the days when it
was just the van and Josh and myself.
Getting to watch Cali K9 grow is awesome, I'm glad to be a part of it.
The Cali K9's for every dog.
Everybody's dog in the beginning needs a little bit of training.
There's lots of dogs coming in and out of here.
Police K9's, military K9's, Belgium Mellawa.
Little dog, big dog, Blue nose pit, Dutch Shepherd, K9 Corsair, it's going to get loud in here.
When I speak to clients, I always tell them, you are going to do the work you're going
to feel empowered.
You're going to feel confident walking out the door with your dog because we are going
to train you and you're going to train your dog.
Working with the clients is awesome when you get to see a dog from the very beginning to
the very end.
Cali K9 wouldn't be Cali K9 without the clients.
He's made so much progress since March since we started coming here and I think more importantly
I've made progress too.
Kyle helps me feel confident training my own dog.
He's grown and I can see that she's going to be a phenomenal dog.
Anybody who walks in, we always want to make them feel a part of the team, part of the
family.
Being a trainer here is probably one of the best things in the world.
I get to bring my dog to work, get to be around all the cool people.
It's not really like a job, you know, everybody's just hanging out and having fun.
If I could get back at the home, it's nothing better.
Alice likes it.
I like the people.
And I feel when I'm here, I'm with family.
They make you feel like you're at home.
We're all connected, we're all training our dogs and our dogs get along.
You don't know what it is to own a dog until you have a trainer.
You can see their true power and what they're really capable of and how intelligent these
animals really are.
I talk about it at work, I talk about it at the park.
People always comment about how well-behaved our dogs are.
There's no sense of having a dog that you can't be your best friend and carry with
you everywhere you go.
