Ah
I
There, on March 10, Esquia studied and moved up to Sol 10 to see how the group of Seq was training, the Sol 10 Esquiclub.
Victor Gómez is the coach of this group and neither does Fret nor Neu. They train these young Esquia 2 players.
How do you train these young Esquia 2 players?
Usually we usually put a name of six or seven years. If we have the time and we accompany the conditions, we train more specifically,
if we don't do it like today, we do it more skily, more technical, more educational, more adaptation to the field.
And now, with the technicians, there are the days of March, the day of March, the day of May, the day of May, the day of July, the day of May,
we train more specifically and we look to respect the school hours.
Today we have done a skily work, which is called an educational ski, without any supports, a little adaptation to the field,
a lot of technical work, it is a work not specifically aimed at the competition, so it is a very interesting job
to improve your personal ski, your technique. It is a ski that might be more suitable for the first district stages.
The first days of the season, for those who have not done district stages, but it always goes well.
It is a very good way of correcting technical mistakes and it has to be done equally.
It is not always about sports and competitions, but that this work is also very interesting.
I am Víctor González, I am a skier.
I am Marta Ribó.
I am Maria Pamilchabila.
My name is Josep Ferrer, I am a skier.
At the moment, the weather conditions have not accompanied us much, we have had a lot of heat for weeks,
we had already started training in sports, since the day we arrived in Piquet, with running conditions,
but after a week of heat, the conditions have improved a lot, but we have been able to continue skiing, which is important.
I think it has been a good start at the beginning of the season, we arrived here very little,
the year has come and we have done our best.
I think I am content and I am very happy with the results.
Today we have come to ski a bit, we have taken advantage of these very good conditions,
even though it does not seem that Naro is a great place to work technically, to work slalom,
on the beach, to look for a rhythm, a sharp turn, especially since the first race
for these children is in Arinsal, which is a track profile that seems to be quite a lot,
and for everything, for the mobility of these people, for the technical idea that we had made
for the new conditions, we have been good and we have done a fantastic training.
Thank you very much.
Arcalis is the place where we always train, unfortunately there is not much snow,
so the stadium, for example, is not open, we count on the support of the station
and we have been able to train at the gate, we have been able to do things at the track,
on several tracks, but taking into account the track profile where we will have the first slalom,
I was more interested in working on the beach and, well, they are holidays, green tracks,
the tracks where I wanted to work, there is influence of people, and therefore,
to vary a bit the track, the profile, the place of training, I decided to come here
because it is an uncertain decision.
Today we have trained at the beach in Canaro, we have come several times,
we have trained more slalom at the beach to seek speed,
and we will have more fast cams, we have made different educatives, different tracks.
Yes, there was a more classic track, more per-series,
and to practice with me on the day of the race, and a trailer to seek speed.
Since I have done this training, I am more prepared to do the first races
that we have on the beach, to seek speed and move forward.
I have felt a feeling that with a trailer it was very fast,
and I had to do it, turn the cams very fast,
and I have felt this feeling of going fast and going fast.
I have felt this feeling of going fast and going fast.
Today we took advantage of the day that we made selections with the Catalans
to take advantage of us too and make some selections for a race
that will be held at the end of the month in Italy,
an international children's race that is called the Topolino.
This race exists more than at the beach and more than at the bottom.
In fact, this test is replaced by the Petu Fet race,
which was the race that was held in Saint-Joan in the summer and in the morning,
and because of the meteorological reasons, we have been suspended
and we have had to do this to replace the race.
There were people of technification who include all the people from the clubs,
from the five Catalans clubs that are working with the federation,
and also we have had people from Andorra, from the FAE,
because we have also taken advantage of the selection time for this race.
Well, what we did today was a race of about five kilometers
with skating technique, which the Topolino will do with skating.
The smaller ones do it with the classic, but the categories that we send people
will do skating technique, and then we have corrected more or less
the same distances as this race, so that we can adjust
a little more our provisions.
We know that in principle it is a race at the level,
because there are children of all clothing,
and then today the conditions of the race, the heights,
and the new, a little bit slow, will also be a difficult career,
which is quite good in terms of what we can find as a condition
at the end of the Italian table at Val di Fieme.
Well, thank you very much.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.
Today we are competing in a giant race with polis,
category polis.
I will joke a little with that, for my part,
of the Andorra competition, and I think it's a race
because the track behaves, I mean, the track also, the track is very cool,
but we have predicted that the children are going well,
looking for a little speed in the track,
and we will also test a little bit of the track.
Thank you very much.
Well, my job is to seek that everything is in conditions,
but also to work a little bit for the safety of the riders,
that everything is in its place, to protect the parts of these more
protective parts and to see a little bit of risk and, well, a little bit more,
that works and I can also seek the shortcut of the race,
which I have seen everything in normalcy and well.
In the background, guys.
Come on, everyone, are you ready?
We will give you a little bit of the guide,
until the end, we will attack and we will not open ourselves too much.
It is very easy.
Come on, everyone, finish here.
And at the end, the trainer is a little quiet about the children,
a little bit of advice, because they go as best as possible,
and we are ready until the moment of truth,
until I open the door and start his moment.
Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.
We have about 25 children today, with someone who has failed,
someone who has not been able to come,
and well, we have come here for a race,
to have a good time and see if there is any result.
Here in the exit, we have to make the skis point,
if someone has to risk the risk,
pass the gap, and above all,
make them trust,
destabilize the situation,
that everything goes well.
Well, we are making the last cap of wax,
I think that the skis are going as fast as possible, right?
I have to wait here for the exit,
to see the conditions of the cold,
the temperature of the snow,
and now it's time to make a change.
We are making the last cap of wax,
to see the conditions of the cold,
the temperature of the snow,
and above all,
make the last cap of wax,
and above all,
make the last cap of wax,
and above all,
make the last cap of wax,
and above all,
make the last cap of wax,
and above all,
make the last cap of wax,
and above all,
make the last cap of wax,
and above all,
