A group of three musicians, Parisians, we can say that, since the fact that they are
in Paris has allowed us to meet a lot of people from all over the world.
And this music is a little bit the result of our respective travels.
We evolve on stage with a repertoire that is quite close to the Mediterranean,
that is to say that the influences are quite varied, but a lot of oriental music, Hispanic, Luso, Afro-Mediterranean, we can say that.
We use very varied instruments, recovered on the right and on the left,
through our little musical adventures, such as the viola caipira, which is a Brazilian guitar that I brought from Brazil,
but which is a little bit out of the context through the music that we play, and then the hood as well.
The percussion, with a wide variety of percussion, especially the hang, which is a instrument quite inspired by the Karahib style drums,
but which is used a little bit differently and which also allows us to compose a little bit of amazing things, such as the Tagine piece, for example.
We released our album, Les îles du désert, in January 2012.
It is an album that essentially contains regional compositions.
It is indeed an imprint in the music of the world, but there is still a certain writing,
there is a notion of arrangement that is still present through these pieces.
It is an album that is still present through these pieces.
It is an album that is still present through these pieces.
It is an album that is still present through these pieces.
It is an album that is still present through these pieces.
It is an album that is still present through these pieces.
The ERAC Trio is a group that allows us, and I hope that it will continue to allow us to mix with other musicians,
to explore unknown worlds, music that is a very vast world.
I hope that we can continue to share the stage with my two friends and continue to have fun as we have done so far.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
Thank you.
