thanks very much guys for coming it's pleasure to have you here so this is our
fourth Halloween event we do them regularly every couple of months we
have an event that features a charity a theme party and basically one of the
nicest like you know good-looking some of the nice and good-looking people of
San Francisco so we regularly have fashion show featuring local designers
also brands this time we're having George Charles you will see his beautiful
collection and beautiful models hi I'm Sarah and this is Josh and he designed
this entire collection and he's gonna tell us about his inspiration and what
it took to get these girls looking as fine as they do tonight my fall 2014
collection is called love to death and it's really love to death it shows the
story of her life from when she has her funeral for her husband from when she
finds her daughter in a forest from when she finally finds peace with herself
she's all white she's serene and if you could imagine your models playing any
board game what board game would they be playing a board game my models will be
playing it probably would be monopoly because she likes to take over everything
what's your favorite part about modeling I guess just portraying different
characters and kind of working with different people I love to get inspired
I'm such an artist like all around so I think just getting inspired and like
just meeting new people is probably my favorite we also have Larkin Street youth
services on board so we like to be to those local charities you know contribute
to the community I'm with Linda and Heather from Larkin Street Youth Services
and they're going to tell us about how this event helps their organization
yeah so we work with a lot of homeless youth in San Francisco so this event is
really great to get the name out and for them to get people to know more about
the work that we do with the homeless youth I think we have a different way
that we look at our youth we're also involved in a lot of ground-baking
models such as restorative practices and we really I mean I've seen people we
really see the hope and the potential in youth
