All figures were produced using Matlab 2021b (MATHWORKS)

Data in this repository take the form of MATLAB .fig files.  Data for Figures 1 and 2 in the main text  are in the folder "manuscriptmatlabfigures"  





Codes:
 Matlab 2021b (MATHWORKS) was used to solve the basic flow and  the eigen value problem. In particular:
1) Function matlabfunction.m  was used to generate the analitical Jacobians.
2) Function  mldivide.m was used used to inverse the large and sparse numerical Jacobian matrix resulting of the spatial and temporal discretization of the linearized system.
3) Function  eigs.m was used to solved the generalized eigenvalue problem.
