Le Neil Simon Theatre (anciennement Alvin Theatre) est un théâtre de Broadway construit en 1927 et situé au 250 Ouest de la 52e rue dans le Theater District, dans le centre de Manhattan, à New York (États-Unis).

Dessiné par l'architecte Herbert J. Krapp, son propriétaire Alexander Pincus le nomme Alvin Theatre pour rappeler les noms des producteurs ALex Aarons et VINton Freedley. Avec une adresse originellement située au 244-54 Ouest de la 42e rue, il ouvre le 22 novembre 1927 avec Funny Face de George et Ira Gershwin, avec Fred Astaire et Adele Astaire.

En 1977, le bâtiment est acheté par la Nederlander Organization, et le théâtre est renommé en l'honneur de l'auteur américain Neil Simon le 29 juin 1983^[1]^,^[2].
